What should I prepare before inspection?

Bring the iPhone and any requested proof of identity or ownership. Back up your data, remove your SIM when asked, and make sure you can unlock the phone. You should enter your Apple Account password yourself; never share it with our team.

Is my data erased during inspection?

No. An inspection alone does not authorize CashKar to erase your phone. We ask for separate consent before an applicable data-erasure step. Back up anything you want to keep before handing over the device.

Do you accept an iPhone with Activation Lock or a lost/stolen status?

No. The iPhone must be yours to sell, and it must pass ownership, IMEI and lock checks. If Find My or Activation Lock is active, remove it yourself when requested. We never need your Apple Account password.

How do I receive the value of my old iPhone?

You can apply an accepted trade-in value toward an eligible new iPhone. If you are selling without upgrading, the available payment method and timing are confirmed with you in the transaction record before you accept the offer.

Check the product listing and invoice for the exact phone’s PTA status and SIM or eSIM configuration. Ask CashKar before paying if you need a particular regional or SIM version.

Submitting the form is a request. It becomes a confirmed order only when CashKar confirms availability and the applicable booking terms with you.

For an eligible new iPhone, the plan shows possible upgrade values for a selected 12, 24 or 36 month term. At the end of the plan, CashKar inspects the enrolled phone. The condition it meets determines the applicable credit toward your next eligible new iPhone from CashKar.

What is the difference between Condition A and Condition B?

Condition A is the higher-value tier for an excellent, fully working phone with stricter cosmetic and battery requirements. Condition B allows normal signs of use while still requiring the phone to pass the essential checks. Both require a matching IMEI, eligible PTA status, no blacklist or Activation Lock, and no disqualifying damage or tampering. Read the full thresholds in your plan.

Is the Guaranteed Buy Back™ value paid in cash?

The plan value is a credit toward a subsequent eligible new iPhone from CashKar. It is not an unconditional cash payout. Your specific plan states the term and the Condition A and B values.

What happens if my phone does not meet Condition B?

It will not qualify for the plan’s Guaranteed Buy Back™ value. After inspection, CashKar may offer a separate revised trade-in value that you can accept or decline.

The current website describes a Free Plan for a limited time. Check the plan details shown when you enrol: any applicable fee and your selected values should be confirmed before you commit.

What warranty will a CashKar Certified™ iPhone have?

When CashKar Certified™ iPhones become available, the limited warranty will depend on the model. The current policy lists up to 3 months for iPhone 13, up to 6 months for iPhone 14 and 15, and up to 12 months for iPhone 16 and 17. The period printed on your invoice controls.

Can I return an iPhone if there is a problem?

Contact us within 24 hours for a wrong or missing item or visible delivery damage. For an eligible issue with a CashKar Certified™ iPhone bought online, the policy allows a request within 7 calendar days. Returns are reviewed after inspection; the seven days are not an unconditional trial.

How do I make a warranty claim?
