You must be at least 18, legally capable of contracting and either the customer/device owner or properly authorized to act for them. A guardian must participate where legally required.
Provide accurate contact, address, identity, device, ownership and payment information and update material changes before completion.
Protect login and OTP access. Tell CashKar promptly if you believe your account or contact channel is being misused.
A verified click, OTP, e-signature, recorded digital acceptance or physical signature may evidence agreement, subject to law.
CashKar may send service messages about quotes, appointments, orders, custody, payments and claims. Marketing is controlled separately.
A submitted time is a request—not a confirmed visit—until CashKar confirms availability, location and preparation requirements.
CashKar may request proportionate identity, ownership, payment or fraud checks before accepting an order, device or payout.
The product page, order confirmation, invoice and Device Passport determine what you are buying. Read the disclosed model, storage, colour, region/SIM configuration, PTA status, condition, grade, battery and warranty before acceptance.
The order forms when CashKar confirms it and accepts/authorizes payment or issues the transaction invoice at handover. CashKar may decline for stock or verification reasons.
Normal prior use, cosmetic marks and battery variation are expected. Device-specific records prevail over generic images. Water resistance is not guaranteed.
A new iPhone is governed by the seal, region, activation and manufacturer warranty stated on the invoice. CashKar does not create Apple coverage unless stated.
Reasonable efforts are made to present correct specs. Screen settings, lighting and photography may create minor visual differences that are not material mismatches.
Prices are in PKR. If a pricing error or stock shortage occurs before completion, CashKar will seek your approval for a correction or cancel and refund confirmed payment.
At handover, check device identity, condition and recorded contents. Hidden mismatches and eligible faults remain subject to the return and warranty policies.
CashKar's Pricing Engine™ uses the information submitted to estimate value. The final offer is issued only after the actual phone and seller have passed the applicable identity, ownership, IMEI/PTA, lock, condition and diagnostic checks.
You confirm that you are the lawful owner or authorized seller and that the device is not stolen, lost, leased, pledged, financed, counterfeit, disputed or subject to another person's claim.
CashKar may cancel a transaction where the IMEI/serial is altered or mismatched, the device/part differs from the inspected record, or evidence reasonably indicates tampering, deception or an unlawful device. A disputed high-value case should receive a second technical/compliance review.
With the applicable customer consent, CashKar may use Phonecheck-supported tools and manual inspection to identify the device and assess functions, technical health, condition and transaction eligibility.
Record the customer, device, IMEI/serial, visible condition, accessories, purpose, consent version and custody ID.
Confirm model/storage, PTA/DIRBS, network/lock/blacklist and applicable ownership or fraud indicators.
Test supported functions, battery and parts history; photograph condition; record faults and cosmetic grade.
Create or update the CashKar Device Passport™, including supported evidence, CashKar Health Score and CashKar Score.
Issue the applicable final offer, repair estimate, sale disclosure or claim finding for customer acceptance or rejection.
Where repair services are offered, the job card and repair consent must identify the device, complaint, diagnostic findings, parts tier, estimated price, authorized work and any known limitation.
If a hidden fault, unsafe condition, additional cost or materially different repair is discovered, CashKar should pause and obtain further approval before proceeding.
Guaranteed Buy Back™ applies only when a written CashKar plan is shown on the invoice or plan certificate. These general Terms do not create a Buy Back right by themselves.
CashKar may use banks, wallets, payment gateways, financing providers, couriers and pickup partners. Their processing times and independent terms may also apply.
Amounts are payable in PKR using the confirmed method. CashKar may withhold dispatch or payout until funds and details are verified.
Eligibility, markup, instalments, charges and recovery are governed by the provider. CashKar must not present Buy Back as investment return.
CashKar initiates an approved refund under the Return & Refund Policy. A bank, wallet or card issuer may require additional settlement time.
Delays are communicated with proof of handover. External events may affect delivery times without removing applicable customer rights.
Retail risk passes on delivery/collection. A customer-owned phone remains under CashKar's reasonable-care custody until sale or documented return.
Report a wrong, missing, or visibly damaged delivery within 24 hours and retain packaging, labels and available unboxing evidence.
These Terms do not create an unconditional return, blanket twelve-month warranty or automatic refund. Use the policy and transaction record that applies to the specific iPhone or service.
CashKar Certified™ warranty is normally 3, 6 or 12 months according to the eligible model/grade and invoice. Phonecheck and the sale-time Device Passport form the technical baseline.
An eligible online Certified used-iPhone request must normally be registered within seven calendar days; wrong/missing/transit-damage issues within 24 hours. Authorization required.
Explains personal, KYC, payment, website, IMEI, diagnostic and condition data; service providers; retention; security; and customer privacy requests.
CashKar may pause, restrict or cancel activity where reasonably necessary to protect customers, devices, payments, systems or legal compliance, while preserving required records and remedies.
CashKar is responsible for obligations it expressly accepts and for direct loss that applicable law does not allow it to exclude. Used electronics, networks and third-party services also carry limitations outside CashKar's control.
To the extent permitted by law, CashKar is not liable for indirect, consequential, business, opportunity or data-value loss; network/provider failure; or a pre-existing/latent device defect not caused by CashKar.
Back up important data and do not share your Apple Account password. CashKar does not guarantee preservation of data, apps, settings or accounts during authorized testing, repair, reset or erasure. This does not excuse negligent unauthorized access or mishandling by CashKar.

If unresolved, either party may use an applicable consumer forum or court under Pakistani law.
